Cider
Cider traditionally is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented juice of apples. In addition it can also be produced using a wide range of berries and fruits such as pears. Suitable on its own as a refereshing drink in the sun, it is equally as good accompnied with food and desserts. There are ciders sold in cans, and craft ciders, which are often bottled. In Norway, ciders are produced in several places, particularly in Hardanger and Buskerud.
