Our specialists have extensive experience in perfume and cosmetics, with many being trained estheticians, makeup artists, and hairdressers. Meet one of our experts, Lena:

- I have worked here for 11 years and I enjoy it very much. I am trained and have worked as a hairdresser for many years, running my own salon until I developed an allergy and had to stop. That’s when my journey with Tax Free Norway began, where my interest in makeup and skincare was greatly motivated. I specialized in skincare while working for Clinique for 5 years, before joining the L'Oréal group and Giorgio Armani. There, I learned everything about perfume, including bases, notes, and flowers. After many excellent courses and training, perfume has become my specialty and I love it!

- A third must-have is a good perfume, the final touch before starting the day. My new favorite is Armani My Way Nectar, which is a truly luscious summer fragrance.

Lena has extensive experience helping customers in physical Tax Free stores, and providing service through a digital consultation will be something new. She is excited to get started:

- The time has come for digitalization, even for Tax Free shopping. It will be new for me to assist customers via video and phone, but I think it could be just as enjoyable as helping in the store. When the customer is at home, they might be more relaxed and have more time, so we can really enjoy finding the right products together. Besides, I think it must be such a convenient way to shop, getting expert help at home and pre-ordering the items so they're ready before traveling.
