Lancaster is the solar category's answer to rolls royce. The brand was founded in Monaco right after World War II. Lancaster started by offering anti-aging creams to women and it was Princess Grace Kelly who was the brand's ambassador in the beginning. Today, it is primarily sunscreen Lancaster is known for. They started by launching sunscreen in the 70's. Today, the orange bottles are a sure sign of sun protection of the highest quality. Lancaster currently has over 500 patents and has won a number of awards for its products.
