Inderøy Sommer Aquavit

Summer aquavit from Inderøy is based on local ingredients such as caraway, sea buckthorn, gooseberry flowers, watercress, rowanberries and raspberries. Stored for 12 months in old sherry barrels. A light and fresh nose, nicely spiced with hints of cask. A fruity and spicy style with a long aftertaste. Suitable for summer food and aperitifs.
