Medium golden colour. Medium intense aroma of dried fruit, orange peel, caramel, vanilla, some caraway and fennel. Full-bodied og intense aquavit with warming alcohol and medium finish. Dry. Serve neat at room temperature with Norwegian Christmas meals or as avec.
