Balholm Apple & black currant premium

Robust and complex, it pairs well with hearty dishes such as venison stew. It can be left on the kitchen counter for a while before serving to allow the tannin profile from the black currants to come through more clearly. An excellent alternative to Cabernet Sauvignon.
