We are Eco-Lighthouse certified

Now that we have been approved as an Eco-Lighthouse Company, it is a proof of quality that we work well and systematically to reduce the effects our operations have on the environment. We are very proud of this. For us, it has been an educational and exciting process where we have worked together to become a greener company. With good team spirit and commitment, the entire company has become involved to see what measures we can implement.

We work with waste sorting, reduction of packaging, and reduction of energy consumption. We are looking at how we can help reduce emissions from transport, and not least we are working on what we as employees can do in everyday life to contribute to a better environment.

With this certification, we have started the road to realizing our vision, "to be the world's most responsible tax free for the benefit of travelers to and from Norway".

What is Eco-Lighthouse?

Eco-Lighthouse is Norway's most widely used certification scheme for enterprises seeking to document their environmental efforts and demonstrate social responsibility. The Eco-Lighthouse order is operated by the Eco-Lighthouse Foundation. It is a recognized tool for certification and environmental management. An effective tool that helps companies create a sustainable business.

The aim of the certification is to contribute to achieving several of the UN's sustainability goals. The certification is recognized by the authorities and approved as environmental documentation in tender competitions.

The EU has also recognized the Eco-Lighthouse as the first national scheme in Europe.
