Complaint

I want to complain about a product or return an item – what do I have to do?

Please fill out the form below with the reason, name, email, phone number, and date of purchase, along with a detailed explanation of the issue. Also fill out the receipt number and/or receipt ID so that we can easily find your transaction in our system and assist you in the best possible way. We may ask for photos at a later stage if necessary.

For product complaints, the product must be returned in approximately the same quantity and condition as when it was purchased. Fashion items that are to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Glasses cannot be returned if they have been used, unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect or damage that is not due to normal use. If you have tried the glasses and discovered a defect, they can be returned as long as they are not damaged from use.
