Hellstrøm Summer aquavit

Norwegian, clear summer aquavit made in small batches with botanical herbs. Medium intensity aroma of lemon, orange blossom, fennel, and star anise. Light, fresh, mild aquavit with dill, fennel, mild caraway, star anise, and licorice root. Serve neat and chilled with shellfish, fish, or cured meats.
