Oat Cookies Baking Mix

This baking mix makes 8–10 delicious oat cookies with Belgian chocolate chunks. They can be prepared straight from the package without proofing, delivering a quick and tasty result – perfect with coffee or as a small treat.

Made with Norwegian-grown, organic black oats, an ancient grain reintroduced by Den Sorte Havre at Tveter Gård in Våler, Østfold. The oats are grown without pesticides, in collaboration with 20 local farmers.
